Video Content Contest Rules
1. Eligibility
The contest is open to all Spiritme users worldwide, except where prohibited by local laws.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. The contest is open to users on both free and paid tiers.
2. How to Enter
Create a video using spiritme's tools and services.
Share your video on one (or more) of the following platforms: YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Reddit, and Twitter.
The description or caption of the shared video must include the phrase "Powered by spiritme.tech".
Drop the link(s) to your showcased videos in the designated Discord channel (
video-showcase), here.Each platform you post on counts as a separate entry, increasing your chances of winning.
3. Entry Restrictions
Duplicate posts on the same social media platform will not increase your chances of winning. Each post must be unique and on a different platform to count as multiple entries.
For the weekly contest, only video links submitted from Monday 0:00 PST to Sunday 23:59 PST will be considered. Submissions from previous weeks will not be included in subsequent weekly draws.
However, all monthly participants, regardless of the week they submitted their video links, will be eligible for the monthly draw.
The shared video must remain publicly accessible at the time of the winner announcement. Videos removed or set to private will be disqualified.
4. Prizes
Weekly Prize: Every Monday, winners will be selected randomly to receive a 30-minute package for video generation on our service.
Monthly Prize: On the 1st day of each month, a winner will be selected to receive a package consisting of one custom digital avatar and 60 minutes of video generation.
5. Winner Selection
- Winners will be chosen at random from the pool of eligible entries.
- The more platforms a participant shares the video on, the higher their chances of winning.
6. Notification
Winners will be notified via Discord and must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize.
7. Taxes
Winners are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. It's advised to consult with a local tax professional regarding prize winnings.
8. Liability & Content Disputes
Participants are solely responsible for the content they post and share. Any disputes or claims related to the content posted by a participant will be the responsibility of the participant. We are not liable for any content posted by participants, nor do we endorse or support any views or opinions expressed therein.
9. General Conditions
We reserve the right to disqualify any participant found to be violating the contest rules or found to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. We are not responsible for any technical issues, disruptions, or problems faced by participants during the contest.
