A: Tier 3 is necessary for creating a custom avatar.
Q: How can I change my Tier?
A: You can change your Tier by following the instructions at https://help.appsumo.com/article/106-upgrading-downgrading-my-license.
Q: If I am not satisfied with the result, can I redo my avatar?
A: Yes, Sumo-lings have the opportunity to redo their avatar once. Please email us, and we will take care of it.
Q: I activated my code, but I didn't receive minutes/avatars in the service.
A: Ensure that you activated the code using the same email address that you use to log in to our service. Also, note that the email used for code activation might be different from the email used for logging into AppSumo. In case of any issues, please contact us at team@spiritme.tech or through Intercom.
Q: I purchased LTD on AppSumo. Will I be able to buy additional minutes/avatars in the future at a one-time cost?
