At Spiritme, we understand the nuances of video creation and the importance of smooth management. We're continuously enhancing our platform to accommodate your needs. Here's an in-depth look into some of the frequently asked questions regarding video export and management on our platform.

Q: What is the Spiritme Studio?

A: Spiritme Studio is a comprehensive video editor in the browser, which allows you to create AI avatar videos. It is designed like a presentation tool. You can craft multiple slides, embedding photos, videos, audio, and more. You can add avatars and script text for them to speak.

Here is the link to the Studio: Spiritme Studio.

To get started, watch our video tutorial on creating your first video here.

Q: Can I generate videos for free?

A: Absolutely! Every new user gets 1 minute of video generation for free as a welcome offer.

Q: How can I check my remaining minutes for video generation?

A: Your available minutes are displayed on the “My Account” page, accessible here: My Account Settings.

Q: What is the maximum video length?

A: Each slide can contain up to 1500 characters, roughly equaling 1.5-2 minutes of video. The number of slides per video varies by your subscription plan, with a maximum of 20 slides. This means videos can be up to 40 minutes long.

Q: What is the speed of video generation?

A: The generation time is about 20 minutes per generated minute of video. This can vary depending on current user traffic and queue size.

Q: What does “Video Not Supported” mean when I open the studio?

A: This message indicates a compatibility issue. For more information and troubleshooting, visit our support page here.

Q: Will I lose my work if I close the Studio tab?

A: No, your work is safe. We automatically save all drafts, so you can pick up where you left off.

Q: Can I edit a generated video?

A: Yes, you can! Use the 'Edit Draft' button on the top right of the generated video to make changes to an existing project.

Q: Can I duplicate slide?

A: Yes! Select the slide you want to duplicate, press Ctrl+C (or Command+C on a Mac), then press Ctrl+V (or Command+V on a Mac).

Q: How do I apply a template to multiple slides?

A: Easily replicate a slide's template by copying it with Ctrl-C (Command-C) and pasting it with Ctrl-V (Command-V).

Q: Why doesn’t the avatar move in the Preview mode?

A: The Preview feature is designed to show the overall look without fully rendering the video or consuming your generation minutes. Thus, avatars won't animate in this mode.

Q: The page is stuck on "Please wait up to several minutes; Don't close this tab and don't leave it.", what should I do?

A: It's normal to see this message for a few minutes during video preparation. Keep the tab open while we process your video. If it exceeds 3-5 minutes, reach out to us at team@spiritme.tech or through live chat for assistance.

Q: Can I add auto-generated subtitles?

A: Auto-generated subtitles aren't available yet, but they're on our development roadmap. Stay updated on their progress here.

Q: Can I save videos in 4K?

A: Yes, 4K resolution is available for all plans. In the Studio, remove any selection, then click "More..." at the top left, and select "4k: 2160p (16:9)" under Document settings for ultra-high-definition videos.
